Bright smiles and joy were found last week at the Midland Foster Care and Family Pathways Christmas party. Sponsored by Guy and Whitney Ellis, nearly 250 people attended the party at Stonegate Fellowship Church that included food, arts and crafts, a cake walk and even an appearance by Santa. And 150 children received Christmas presents of brand new pajamas. To help remember the fun, the Permain High School journalism and photography class volunteered to run a photo booth and assisted with face painting.
