Assisted Living, The Heights
Need additional help with life’s daily activities? Assisted living may be the best option for you or your loved one.
The Heights, Parkway Place’s assisted living community provides a place for senior adults to live comfortably in a home environment without loved ones having to worry about medical care. Most assisted living residents maintain an active lifestyle through regular community activities and outings.
Memory Care, The Harbor
Memory care is designed specifically for senior adults who have received a formal Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis from their physician. At Parkway Place, we treat these varying levels of memory impairment with compassion using a holistic, faith-based approach. Staff strive to help residents connect with their past and enjoy the present while living at The Harbor, our memory care community.
Long-term and Skilled Nursing, The Haven
Long-term nursing services are traditionally for senior adults requiring around-the-clock medical care. Skilled nursing stays are also for short-term rehab needs, such as after a surgery or injury. Whatever your circumstances may be, Parkway Place provides personal, compassionate care to all residents living at The Haven, our long-term and skilled nursing community.
Unlike many senior living communities, Parkway Place is fortunate to offer hospice services through Buckner Hospice. Hospice teams support senior adults and their families through the latter stages of a terminal diagnoses. These teams consist of nurses, chaplains and social workers who provide services at a resident’s home, whether that be a private residence or a senior living community like Parkway Place. Buckner Hospice is a part of the Buckner Retirement Services offerings and serves primarily the Houston areas.
