Buckner Humanitarian Aid provides a variety of resources for children and families in need. Humanitarian aid includes global shipping and distribution of items such as food, clothing, vitamins and basic medicines to vulnerable children. Supporting Buckner Humanitarian Aid enables us to meet some of the most basic physical needs so that those we serve will be healthier, more productive citizens who can use their voice to impart social change in their own communities. Our services include:
• Client Assistance. Providing food, medicine, clothing, furniture, construction and other aid directly to individual children and families, in order to meet basic human needs domestically.
• Humanitarian Aid. Providing aid internationally is coordinated through the Buckner Center for Humanitarian Aid, which manages the warehousing and shipment of resources.
• Shoes for Orphan Souls®. Shoes and socks are donated by churches, organizations and individuals through ongoing shoe drives throughout the United States.
