Hurricane Harvey could have divided people and families, each of them trying to pull themselves out of them storm by themselves. Instead, Texans are doing what they’ve always done: Pulled together for the betterment of all.

Donations and volunteers continue pouring into Buckner International ministries in Houston and Southeast Texas. Yesterday, roughly 50 volunteers from Noble Energy painted the Buckner Family Hope Center at Aldine and with the help of Toney Construction repaired damage the center suffered from the storm.

The team finished just in time for the Family Hope Center to welcome children into its programming after their first day back to school.

Thank you, Noble Energy and Toney Construction. Hope shines here!
