Ventana by Buckner will open its new information center to priority members this summer where they will have an opportunity to reserve a future home at significant discounts prior to construction. Priority members will soon visit the new information center near the Dallas site that will host Buckner Retirement Services’ newest senior living community scheduled to open in late 2018.

The information center showcases an array of amenities offered at Ventana by Buckner. Architectural details, floor plans, lighting options, cabinetry and finish samples are featured as well as floor plans and pricing. A scale model of the building and interactive flat screen televisions feature renderings of building amenities and views, and a virtual tour of the community helps future residents get a sense of what it will be like to live at Ventana.

“All these resources should give those interested a good feel of how the campus will look and function, helping them make an informed decision about living at Ventana by Buckner,” said Dida Horton, Sr. Director of Marketing and Sales for Buckner Retirement Services.

The twin 12 story high-rise buildings will encompass about 450,000 square feet and sit on nearly three acres in Dallas. Ventana by Buckner will feature 189 independent living residences, 36 assisted living apartments, 24 memory care apartments, 48 skilled nursing private suites and 24 short-term rehabilitation suites.

In addition to the residences, the community includes three dining venues – formal, casual and a café-bistro; a Wellness Center featuring a fitness room with weights and cardio machines; and a host of other amenities, including an indoor, heated pool, aerobics room, multi-purpose rooms, movie theater, roof terraces with gardens, business center, library, day spa, concierge, valet and underground parking.

Ventana by Buckner will be a Life Care senior living community. Life Care defines the arrangement under which future care, such as assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, is provided on the same campus and delivered by an organization with a successful track record of providing that care.
