Since 1879, Buckner has spoken for these children. Now, you can be a Voice, too. We need your commitment to provide on-going monthly support for those who cannot speak for themselves.
• Your gift of $25 a month is critical in providing: Physical needs, such as clothing, food, medical attention, home and orphanage improvements.
• Emotional needs, by providing a loving and caring staff, or foster family to nurture the children on a daily basis.
* Educational needs, including daycare, after-school programs, mentoring for at-risk children and scholarships for primary, secondary and vocational education.
• Spiritual development teaching Christian discipleship and in many cases, introducing children and families to the love and hope of Jesus Christ for the first time.

Sylvia is a 9-year-old little girl, just like any other little girl. But when everyone in her family died of AIDS, Sylvia became the head of her household. There was no one else to take care of her three younger siblings. But then Buckner introduced a foster care program in Busia, Kenya, where Sylvia lives. Today, her Buckner foster parents are Sylvia’s voice.
