Last week, the Buckner Family Hope Center ministered to more than 30 children at the Globe Life Training Center at the Texas Rangers MLB Youth Academy in West Dallas during Vacation Bible School activities. This is the first event the Family Hope Center has offered at the academy. 

The children participated in recreation activities, crafts and bible studies led by youth from Watermark Community Church. During the Bible lessons, the gospel message was presented and four children made professions of faith during the week.

"A lot of great things happened during the week at VBS," said Gabriel Flores, manager of the Family Hope Center at the Texas Rangers MLB Youth Academy. "We had a lot of fun playing with the kids and sharing the gospel message with them, and we rejoice that several kids decided to follow Christ."
