Christmas came early for vulnerable children served by Buckner in West Dallas at the Texas Rangers MLB Youth Academy at Mercy Street Complex presented by Toyota. Texas Rangers Chief Operating Officer Neil Leibman hosted the party at the complex that included Rangers' new manager, Chris Woodward, games, food, crafts and even a visit with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus.

The weather outside was a dreary, but inside, children were laughing and having a grand time as they played yard games or made festive Christmas crafts to display at home. Others were able to visit with Santa and tell him their Christmas wishes and there were snacks and tasty food for all to enjoy.

Christmas is just days away and we're all excited to celebrate the holiday. Thank you to everyone who supports Buckner. We wish you a very merry Christmas!
