The Buckner Family Hope Center® model seeks to strengthen families and keep them together

By providing families with critical services, aid and coaching to keep them strong, it decreases the likelihood of abuse, neglect and removal of children.

The Family Hope Center is a child-centered, family-focused place where families go to find hope, support and empowerment in their community to reach their fullest God-given potential. The key to the Family Hope Center's success is found in combining effective programs and passionate people to help families that are experiencing poverty, family issues and a lack of services.

The best way to help families comes in three strengthening avenues

We call them the three Es of our Family Hope Center model success:

We engage families through assistance and community events
We equip families through education, financial empowerment, child and youth development and spiritual development
We elevate families through family coaching, counseling and spiritual enrichment

We provide Family Hope Center programs both domestically in Texas and in six countries. The strength of the Family Hope Center model is its emphasis on engaging, equipping and elevating families, making it portable and effective in many cultures and contexts.

The Family Hope Centers in our international locations also have schools, medical clinics and water wells to meet very basic needs of families who live nearby.
