etx-feedingThe Longview Family Hope Center focuses on improving the lives of individuals and families in communities that experience moderate to extreme poverty by providing a holistic ministry approach.

The Family Hope Center is built around current Buckner community programs and develops alliances with other community agencies. The Hope Center also offers family case management; Jobs for Life, a curriculum that teaches timeless job readiness principles concerning work and the ways those principles are applied in the marketplace; and parenting education training.

The Buckner Mission Center meets the needs of low-income families by providing basic resources, including clothing, diapers and other aid, and connecting families with other community resources for assistance.

Items collected and distributed at the Mission Center include: clothing, baby items, diapers, baby wipes and hygiene supplies.

etx-ninosNiños de Promesa is an affordable preschool for low-income families living near First Baptist Church of Tyler, offering children the opportunity to learn English in preparation for elementary school.
