Buckner adoption staff met with officials from Armenia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Poland and Romania as part of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program arranged by the Meridian International Center and the World Affairs Council. The conversation was about best practices for developing permanency programs for children.
