We are all are influenced by our history, both good and bad. Many people have experienced trauma or hardships. Those experiences can make you independent, strong, and determined. They can also be exhaustive and heavy. Buckner's counseling services help program participants make sense of the past, know the ways in which it can be a strength, and learn valuable coping skills when it gets to be too much.

  • Asking for help can be difficult

  • Asking for help does not indicate weakness; it means strength
