Go into the world and preach the Gospel
“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” – Mark 16:15 (KJV)
Yes, I am “ye” who is invited to “preach” the Gospel or as like I call it, "God’s love,” with the “creatures” I share a smile prompted by the Holy Spirit, disguised as a dove.
Every day, I thank God for the opportunity to share his love with others. I embrace welcoming and hosting children, fathers and mothers. How can this smile, a tiny gesture, transform lives? How can I ensure that every “creature” or every family thrives?
With God in my heart, I capture every opportunity to demonstrate who he is. When distractions invade my life, I am called to remember what is my business. Follow his teachings and permeate this world with his love and to remind others that his love holds us together.
When God called me to leave the corporate world to enter the nonprofit space, I accepted his divine intervention, changed careers and gave myself grace. Here I am today, firmly believing that I am where I am meant to be – not by chance, but by God, called to engage, equip and elevate families and against evil ward.
I pray for God’s guidance in my leadership and that I honor the talents he blessed me with. Because he lives in you and me, his love is real and not just a myth.
I invite you to revel in his love for he is the blood that gives us life. Let’s remember the Gospel when we are presented with strife. We are “ye” who are invited to “preach” the gospel to every “creature."
