The Baptist Standard has been expoloring the fruits of the Spirit in their podcast series, and this week they interviewed Buckner President Albert Reyes.

With Eric Black, the Baptist Standard publisher and editor, Reyes discusses the meaning of love and how Paul references it as a sacrificial love. 

"The love we are talking about is going to be closer to Agape love, it's a sacrificial love ... What kind of love did Jesus demonstrate? ... He sacrificed everything for us. Taking that kind of love is a very uinique kind of love and not very common in today's world for someone to empty themselves and sacrifice what they have for the benefit of another person. I really believe that is what Paul is talking about: That kind of love that is willing to put someone else first and serve them for their benefit."
