Help during the crisis: Coping with grief during a pandemic

No one can predict when or how one experiences grief, especially during a pandemic. 

"One of the most difficult things I have seen others experience in the last couple of months is the loss of a loved one," said Amy Curtis, director of counseling for Buckner Children and Services. "And although the loss may not be the result of COVID-19, it is certainly being impacted by COVID-19."

Curtis explains the grief process and offers advice on how to cope with grief. Additionally, if you are experiencing any type of grief, there are activities you can do to help cope with grief while at home.
