Join Dr. Albert Reyes and Jen Mann for a conversation about the Buckner team and how we're able to serve people and fulfill our mission.

Mann joined Buckner a few months ago as the vice president and chief human resources officer. 

"What's been wonderful about coming to Buckner is seeing that our people are passionate and committed to what we're trying to accomplish with children, seniors and families," Mann shared.

The two discussed current trends in Human Resources as well as creating opportunities for talent development at Buckner.

"I believe everyone who works for Buckner was created by God for a purpose," she said. "So the idea is, how do we align a person's purpose with the mission of Buckner? If we can align it together and deposit that into a job, it doesn't get much better than that."

Both Reyes and Mann are excited for the future of Buckner to continue to build and develop and serve those in need across the globe.
