Last week, the top leaders from across the Buckner ministry gathered for the annual Buckner Leadership Retreat. This was the first time in more than two years they met in person due to the pandemic. They covered a lot of topics, but being together for the first time in so long may have been the best part of the retreat.

The theme for the retreat was "From Many, One: Leadership in a Multicultural Ministry." Dr. Albert Reyes kicked off their time together with a theme interpretation. What does it mean to serve as one?

At Buckner, we want what God wants - to dwell in unity with each other. The goal is to find a way for everyone to be accepted equally without diminishing anyone. Most people would say that's not possible, but Reyes would say, "With God, all things are possible."
