Uyless Brand, a high school senior and Eagle Scout from Goliad, Texas, threw out the first pitch Sunday for Buckner Day at the Texas Rangers. Uyless collected more than 550 pairs of shoes for Buckner Shoes for Orphan Souls for his Eagle Scout project.
