Join Buckner, other local agencies and a guest panel of former and current foster and adoptive parents to learn how you can become a licensed foster or adoptive family at our 2017 Buckner Foster Care and Adoption Expo on Saturday, April 29 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.! 

Learn about all about fostering and adopting in Texas, including how children get involved in the foster care system and how they reach permanency. You'll also learn the requirements and steps to take to become a foster or adoptive family with any agency in Texas.

You'll also hear directly from foster and adoptive parents, who will share their experiences and answer your questions, as well as have the chance to meet with representatives from 13 child-placing agencies right here in the DFW area.
