What lodging and housing options exist onsite?

Camp Buckner offers a variety of lodging and accomodations on its property. Climate-controlled cabins with individual and/or bunk beds. Whether your group is small or large, young or wise, we have accomodations that can fit your needs. For glampers, we do have modern conveniences like air conditioning, indoor plumbing, showers, sinks and WiFi.

What jobs are available at Camp Buckner?

We are always on the lookout for nature and recreational lovers - and most importantly, leaders who are passionate about being outdoors and helping others enjoy a safe and memorable camp experience. We have year-round part-time and full-time positions available. Each year, we also hire temporary summer staff to lead campers through our summer camp activities. Employees leading activities go through on-site training and certification programs to help ensure safe experiences for campers.

What technological support can you offer for my group's meeting?

Manna Hall is a large conference space equipped to accomodate corporate meetings or other large group events. A/V equipment, including a projector and microphones, as well as high-speed Internet is available. The room can be configured for guests to view digital presentations or in-person speakers.

How does Camp Buckner serve vulnerable children?

Children in foster care, or those served through other Buckner Children and Family Services programs, may have never had a camping experience. Camp Buckner is often the place where Buckner International can offer spring break experiences and/or summer retreat options for children and families to bond, relax and fellowship with other families on similar journeys.

Support small businesses by shopping in downtown Marble Falls. There are candy shops, fashion boutiques and plenty of restaurants, like the famous Bluebonnet Cafe where you can enjoy a slice of heavenly homemade pie made fresh daily. There are other excursions to see in the Hill Country too. Let our staff help recommend nearby things to do and see based on your needs and group size.

Is there a gift shop onsite where I can purchase a Camp T-shirt or other Camp-logoed items?

Yes! We have a shopper's dream onsite where you can find Camp Buckner logoed items such as water bottles, T-shirts and more. We also have artisan gifts to bring home a truly unique gift and share about Buckner's ministries. We also have a 27&Oak snack shop with coffee, lemonade and other treats and snacks. The snack shop backs up to our swimming pool, making it convenient to cool off with a cold drink on a hot summer day.
