Staff and volunteers from two Dallas-area Buckner Family Hope Centers joined Texas Baptist Men’s rapid-response feeding unit to serve 500 lunches to residents of the Bachman Lake community, hit hard by an Oct. 20 EF3 tornado.

Many of the families who enjoyed the free meal at David G. Burnet Elementary School are served by the Buckner Family Hope Center at Bachman Lake.
