Last week, Albert Reyes, president and CEO of Buckner International, traveled to Guatemala with other Buckner staff and supporters to visit the new Buckner Family Hope Center in San Jose Pinula, Guatemala, where he was able to speak to children in the community about the love of Jesus.

In three days, over 800 children participated in Bible studies, classes on hygiene, crafts and recreation led by local Family Hope Center staff and over 50 local volunteers. The children also received backpacks and a new pair of shoes.
