Through a partner organization, Buckner Shoes for Orphan Souls® was able to serve Yazidi refugee children in Iraq who have fled their homes because of terrorist attacks in the region. The distribution consisted of about 6,700 pairs of new shoes for men, women and children as well as other humanitarian aid supplies from Texas Baptist Men and Brookhaven Church in McKinney, Texas.
