All the apartments at Buckner Family Pathways in Longview are now occupied as nine single-parent families moved in this week, joining the seven families who moved in during the summer. 

“This is the best day of my life," single mom Whitney said as she caught glimpse of her brand new apartment for the first time. "It is a new beginning, and I am so thankful!”

As the mothers moved into the apartments, which were decorated and furnished by volunteers, Buckner staff and friends prayed with the new residents, offering encouragement for the parents as they continue their educational goals.
