Friday photo: Permanency

"I think the biggest change for me (since being adopted) is that I can go to sleep at night and know that I’m waking up in the morning and I’m going to school. I’ll come home after school and I’ll be able to go to sleep and wake up, and I don’t have to worry about leaving or getting a call saying, 'Oh, well, this and that happened, so you’re going here now.' It’s just a sense of permanency I’ve never had any other place before." -Caylin, 15 // Diana, Texas
