On Valentine's Day, children in the after-school program at the Buckner Family Hope Center at Wynnewood were surprised when they walked into their room at the Family Hope Center and saw it filled with decorative hearts and balloons to celebrate the holiday. Laughter and smiles mingled with the festive balloons as the children played games, ate hot dogs and created cute butterfly Valentine's Day crafts. 

Family Dollar donated 100 balloons for the party and Family Dollar staff came to the Family Hope Center early to decorate the room. Students from Apple Tree Christian Academy also assembled and decorated 50 goodie bags filled with treats for the children to enjoy. It was a great day of fun for the children in the after-school program and for the volunteers.
