At Buckner we have the opportunity and privilege of serving many men and women who have worn one of the uniforms of our armed services and we consider it a sacred honor to serve them. 

These are people who either for an entire career or a brief season of their lives sacrificed their all for the safety of our country. Some of them endured the hardships and danger of war and combat while others gave their talents and energies to supporting, training or advancing those we entrusted with our national security.

But they made it possible for all of us to live in safety and freedom in these United States of America, and in a real sense across the globe. That's why we love serving those who serve our country. 

On Veterans Day, and every other day, we honor the men and women living in our Buckner communities who served our nation through the Armed Forces. Thank you for your service!
