Thankful to be 'not enough'
From the very beginning of their relationship, Ben and Tory Setliff shared a dream of adopting children. Then, years later, when the timing finally seemed right, they discovered they weren’t strong enough or brave enough or “super-parent” enough for the challenges that come with the foster and adoptive journey. But God was and is.
Today, the joy that surrounds their family of nine is evidence of his faithfulness. During National Adoption Month, we’re giving thanks, along with the Setliffs, that God gives us what we need as we open our arms — and our families — to his incredible children.

I would also encourage you to go to a Buckner informational meeting. It’s the best way to find out what it looks like to do foster care through Buckner and be able to talk to someone and get all your questions answered. We have meetings often throughout the year.
