The process prepares us
Graduation – the victory lap we all aspire to reach no matter the phase of life we are in. Job promotions, college graduations, even the birth of a new child; every moment in life requires process, waiting and testing. I invite you to marvel in that journey as the Lord leads and guides you.
The Bible illustrates that David defeated a lion, bear and other challenges before coming face-to-face with Goliath. Had he not experienced what came before that moment, he wouldn't have had the faith and courage to defeat Goliath. It was during each moment he learned not only about his great abilities, anointing and strength in the Lord, but the importance of process.
“Process” is a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end. As we study the Word of God, we can draw the conclusion that he is the God of order and process.
Every moment is accounted for. God isn't surprised by anything we experience. He knows, orchestrates or allows each moment. Believe that the Lord will complete what he started in you and in your life journey, accepting and honoring each season as it comes.
"There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens." — Ecclesiastes 3:1
The testing of faith produces a deeper understanding of who God is. His Word is true, and we witness it every day: seeing the transformative works through Buckner across the world. Trust the process, readjust your posture through hardships and allow the fruit of the spirit to produce in you opportunities to become more like Christ!
Every moment of preparation is a series of tests that the enemy doesn't want you to pass, but will prepare you for your next chapter. Nothing is wasted!
"Let us not becoming weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." — Galatians 6:9
