Strengthening and supporting families in Kenya

Supporting vulnerable children in their home communities through family strengthening, local adoption, and crisis response.

Family is the cornerstone of what we do

Each week in Kenya, 13 girls and women are murdered, and 130 cases of sexual violence are reported. Eighty-three percent of mothers face some type of obstetric violence during pregnancy, childbirth, or postpartum. Vulnerable individuals with disabilities face challenges in accessing education and other equitable services.

Through our programs in Kenya, we work to protect and empower families, creating safer, healthier, and more equitable opportunities for children, women, and vulnerable individuals.
