Help during the crisis: Activities to cope with grief at home

This has been a difficult time, a time for isolation for many and the traditional ways we would support each other through grief and loss have not been there. 

Amy Curtis, director of counseling for Buckner Children and Family Services, goes through activities you can do alone or as a family if you are experiencing loss and grief during this time. 

No one can predict when or how one experiences grief, especially during a pandemic. Curtis explains the grief process and offers advice on working through grief and loss during COVID-19.
