In Longview, our ministries serve vulnerable children, families and seniors with resources and support to protect children, strengthen families, transform generations and serve seniors.

Annette was sexually abused by a child, joined a gang at 11, got pregnant and saw her fiancé killed. Life dealt challenges she wasn't prepared for. Buckner Family Pathways® created a safe space for her to find hope, faith and courage. The Spraggins family opened their home through Buckner Foster Care and Adoption with the encouragement of family members and have taught their foster placements confidence and love.

For families in the community, they've received needed counseling, needed school supplies and more through the Buckner Family Hope Center®. And for residents of Buckner Westminster Place, seniors are experiencing happiness, independence and joy in a new chapter of their lives.

Buckner provides the training and resources needed to become a family to a child for a season or forever through domestic foster care and adoption. Children in these programs are most often referred through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services due to experiencing abuse, neglect or abandonment. The Family Hope Center model offers families a place of hope, support and empowerment to reach their fullest God-given potential.
